Ordinance. Due to all notices being sent to the foreclosure attorney and not to the agent or Wells Fargo <br />they did not have an opportunity to cure the issue of failing to register the property. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved that the Board deny the request for reduction of lien. Ms. Hale seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Overgrown property, ULDR Section, 3 -10.3 <br />® CE -12 -01061 12 Governors Knob <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony for the above case. The homeowner has <br />asked that the City speak on her behalf. <br />MOTION: Mr. Herron moved that the Board deny the request for reduction of lien. Mr. Bakalla seconded <br />the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />No sign permit, ULDR Section 3 -16.10 <br />• CE -12 -00133 1555 SR 436 <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony for the above case. The property management <br />company was present. <br />Katyann Gridle, property manager, 1321 Edgewater Dr #2, Orlando, FL 32804 gave testimony. Ms. Grindle <br />advised that recently they had received many notices for sign issues, specifically temporary signs and <br />banners. All violations were fixed in a reasonable amount of time; this case was disregarded because they <br />thought it was for the same issues. When the issue persisted, Ms. Grindle stated she came into the office and <br />spoke with Brenda and got everything cleared up. <br />Ms. Grindle has attempted to contact the tenant in question L.B.S. Tax Services, they have not responded. <br />All phone numbers have been tried that are possible available and they will not get back to them. Ms. Grindle <br />stated management has taken down the sign and replaced it with a blank face and ask for dismissal of the <br />fine. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the lien will be <br />reduced in this case from $8,300 to 4,150, to be paid within 60 days of the commission's order or the fine <br />reverts to the original fine amount. The reason for this reduction is mitigating Circumstances. Ms. Hale <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Dead tree(s), ULDR Section 3 -10.3 (C) (1) <br />• CE -12 -01153 111 Lemon Ln <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony for the above case. <br />Andrew Gaba, 111 Lemon Ln, Casselberry, FL 32707 gave testimony. Mr. Gaba stated he has several <br />properties to take care of and that is why he is asking for a reduction of this fine. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved that the fine be reduced from $375.00 to $187.50, to be paid within 60 days. <br />Ms. Hale seconded the motion.
