Standing orders are requested for the above cases. MOTION: Mr. Bakalla moved to find Respondents in these cases were in violation of City Code as charged and failed to correct the violations by the time specified for correction by the Code Compliance Officer; that the violations are now corrected and no fine imposed. Any violations of the same code by Respondents within FIVE (5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as repeat violations, for which a fine of up to $500.00 per day may be imposed. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
