Standing orders are requested for the above <br />cases. <br />MOTION: Mr. Bakalla moved to find Respondents in these cases were in violation of City Code as charged <br />and failed to correct the violations by the time specified for correction by the Code Compliance Officer; that <br />the violations are now corrected and no fine imposed. Any violations of the same code by Respondents <br />within FIVE (5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as repeat violations, for which a fine of up <br />to $500.00 per day may be imposed. Mr. Henson seconded the motion.
