Ms. Broman, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in this case were in repeat violation of City Code as <br />charged based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. The <br />Respondent brought the property into compliance on 08/02/2012. A fine in the amount of $8,750.00 is <br />hereby imposed for 35(days) of repeat violation. Ms. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Overgrown property, ULD R Section, 3 -10.3 (repeat violation) <br />® CE -12 -01225 233 Thomas Dr <br />Ms. Broman, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent(s) in this case was /were in repeat violation of City Code <br />as charged based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. <br />The Respondent brought the property into compliance on 08/08/2012. A fine in the amount of $725.00 is <br />hereby imposed for 29(days) of repeat violation. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Overgrown property, ULDR Section, 3 -10.3 (repeat violation) <br />® CE -12 -01257 850 Seminola Blvd <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Ms. Hale move to find Respondent(s) in this case in repeat violation of City Code as charged <br />based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. A fine of <br />$50.00 per day is hereby imposed beginning 06126/2012(the date the violation ivas first noticed as a repeat <br />violation) and shall continue until there is compliance. The Respondent(s) is /are further ordered to Contact <br />the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. I find that the violations constitute a <br />serious threat to the public health, safety and welfare and in the event the Respondent does not correct the <br />violation by the date set in this order, the city commission shall be notified and appropriate action should be <br />taken by the City to bring the property into compliance. The City is entitled to recover its reasonable costs <br />of such services. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The <br />Respondent brought the property into compliance on 07/30/2012. A fine in the amount of $1,000.00 is <br />hereby imposed for 20(days) of repeat violation. Mr. Henson seconded the motion.
