Ms. Broman, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent in this case were in repeat violation of City Code as charged based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. The Respondent brought the property into compliance on 08/02/2012. A fine in the amount of $8,750.00 is hereby imposed for 35(days) of repeat violation. Ms. Hale seconded the motion.
