This case was withdrawn from hearing. <br />NEW CASES <br />No building permit, City Code Section 1 -4.3 <br />® CE -12 -00052 20 Cobblestone Ct <br />Accessory structures, ULDR Section 2 -7.9 a 6 <br />® CE -12 -01287 20 Cobblestone Ct <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony for the above cases. <br />Lisabeth Reene, 20 Cobblestone Ct stated this has taken her a while to move the accessory structure, they <br />have has to sell things and move items. Ms. Reene also added they had to find someone to move the <br />structure. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondents in these cases in violations of the City Code as charged <br />and that Respondents correct the violations before 1:00 p.m. on 09/10/2012. In the event Respondents do <br />not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day per violation will be imposed for each day <br />the violations continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are further ordered to contact the Code <br />Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Ms. Hale seconded the motion. In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Henson seconded the motion.
