N. Letter of Conditional Local Financial Commitment to the FlexBus Project Consideration of a letter of conditional local financial commitment to provide local funding for the F1exBus Project is requested. Piggyback Purchase from Fausnight Stripe & Line, Inc. for Pavement Striping Services for Various City Streets Consideration of a piggyback purchase from Fausnight Stripe & Line, Inc. in the amount of $15,821.14 to provide pavement striping services for various City streets is requested. P. Purchase of Recreation Center ]Flooring & Related budget Amendment #13 -011 Consideration to purchase new flooring for the Casselberry Recreation Center in the amount of $9,796.58 and related Budget Amendment # 13 -011 is requested. Q. (Department (Directors Cost of Living Adjustment and Related Budget Amendment #13 -007 Consideration to provide a 3% cost of living adjustment (COLA) to designated Department Directors employed by the City at the end of fiscal year 2012 and related Budget Amendment #13 -007 is requested. R. Emergency Gravity Sewer Point Repair and Related Budget Amendment #13 -008 This item is to advise the City Commission of emergency gravity sewer repairs performed by Blue Ox Enterprises, LLC in the amount of $66,180.92 and requests consideration of related Budget Amendment #13 -008. S. Legacy Park Residential Phase III - Site Plan (SPR 12 -16) Consideration to approve the site plan (SPR 12 -16) for property located within Tract G of the Seminola Blvd. Overlay District to create a major residential subdivision with fifty (50) residential units for Legacy Park Phase III is requested. T. Legacy Park Residential Phase III - Preliminary Re -plat (8P 12 -04) Consideration to approve the preliminary re -plat (SP 12 -04) for property located within Tract G of the Seminola Blvd. Overlay District (SBOD) to create a 50 lot major residential subdivision for Legacy Park Phase III is requested. 9. PU13LIC HEARINGS The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 12 -1352 - Amending Sections of City Code, Chapter 86, Utilities Ordinance 12 -1382 provides for the second and final reading of proposed utility rate modifications to the City Code, Chapter 86, Utilities. A presentation regarding the study recently conducted on the City's water, wastewater and reclaimed water rates will also be given by Burton & Associates. 10. FIRST RE AIDING OF ORDINANCES A. First Reading of Ordinance 12 -1354 - Amendment to ULIDR Section 3 -10.9 - Parking of vehicles in residential districts - Recreational equipment and overnight parking (LPA 12 -09) Ordinance 12 -1384 provides for consideration on first reading to amend the ULDR, Section 3 -10.9, Recreational equipment and overnight parking. 11. RE'SOLUTIONS A. Resolution 12 -2437 - Legacy Park Phase III Model Home Agreement with Centex Homes (Pulte Group) (SPR 12 -16) Resolution 12 -3437 provides for consideration of a Model Home Agreement with the property owner /developer, Centex Homes, for Legacy Park Phase III located within Tract G, at the south side of Seminola Blvd. (SPR 12 -16). 12. OTHER ITEMS A. Selection of Vice Mayor The selection of the Vice Mayor for the coming year is requested.
