C. Resolution 12 -2424 - Wawa Landscape Maintenance Commitment Agreement with Agree 17- <br />92, LLC (SPR 12 -04) <br />Resolution 12 -2424 provides for consideration of a Landscape Maintenance Commitment Agreement with the property <br />owner /developer, Agree 17 -92, LLC, for the Wawa site located at the northeast intersection of S. US Hwy. 17 -92 and <br />Seminola Blvd. (SPR 12 -04). <br />D. Resolution 12 -2426 - Freeman Lot 7 Ate -plat at the Northwest Corner of Bridle Path and N. <br />Winter Park Drive (SP 12 -02) <br />Resolution 12 -2426 provides for consideration to approve a re -plat creating two conforming parcels on the northwest <br />corner of Bridle Path and N. Winter Park Drive. <br />E. Resolution 12 -2428 - Supplement #1 to the Cooperative Purchase with Connect Consulting, <br />Inc. for S -1 Well Bead Modifications at the South Water Treatment Plant <br />Resolution 12 -2428 provides for consideration of Supplement 41 in the amount of $15,600 to the Cooperative Purchase <br />with Connect Consulting, Inc. for S -1 well head modifications at the South Water Treatment Plant. <br />F. Recognition of Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Proceeds for Purchase of <br />In -Car Video Systems and Related Budget Amendment #13 -003 <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment #13 -003 to recognize grant proceeds in the amount of $15,559 to provide funding <br />for the capital outlay expenditure and sole source purchase from Digital -Ally of four (4) in -car video systems is requested. <br />G. Recognition of Office of Criminal Justice Grant Proceeds for Purchase of In -Car Video <br />Systems and Related Budget Amendment #13 -004 <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment #13 -004 to recognize grant proceeds in the amount of $11,590 to provide fiinding <br />for the capital outlay expenditure and sole source purchase from Digital -Ally of four (4) in -car video systems in the <br />amount of $15,244 is requested. <br />H. Use of Federal Forfeiture Funds to Purchase Wireless Transfer Modules for In -Car Video <br />Systems and Related Budget Amendment #13 -005 <br />Consideration to use Federal forfeiture finds for the sole source purchase of eight (8) wireless transfer modules from <br />Digital -Ally for in -car video systems at a total cost of $4,000 and related Budget Amendment #13 -005 is requested. <br />I. Fiscal Year 2013 Reorganization of Administration, Finance and Public Works Departments <br />and Related Budget Amendment 413 -006 <br />Consideration to approve proposed staffing changes to the Fiscal Year 2013 Adopted Budget in the Administration, <br />Finance and Public Works Departments and related Budget Amendment #13 -006 is requested. <br />J. Appointment of Interim Community Development Director <br />Consideration to appoint Sandra Smith as the Interim Community Development Director due to the anticipated vacancy in <br />the position is requested. <br />K. Resolution 12 -2427 - Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement <br />Resolution 12 -2427 provides for consideration to ratify and authorize the execution of a collective bargaining agreement <br />between the City of Casselberry and the Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association for the three -year term beginning <br />October 1, 2012 and ending September 30, 2015. <br />9. PUBLIC BEARINGS <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to <br />be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. (Hearing Sequence: 1st - Staff, 2nd - <br />Applicant/Rcquesting Party; 3rd - Public; 4th - Opportunity for brief rebuttals, if appropriate; Final - City Commission motion, <br />discussion and action.) <br />A. Public Bearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 12 -1381 - Amending City Code Chapter 2, <br />Article 3, Division 2 City Manager, Sections 2 -101, 2 -105 and 2 -106 <br />Ordinance 12 -1381 provides for consideration on second and final reading to update language in the City Code to reflect <br />the recent changes approved by referendum at the August 14, 2012 election, to eliminate redundancies, and to revise <br />inconsistencies is requested. <br />
