C. Acceptance of Florida Department of Environmental Protection Award - Petroleum Cleanup Participation Program Consideration to accept the award from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection - Petroleum Cleanup Participation Program in the amount of up to $400,000 which allows for State funding to assist with the petroleum cleanup activities for the Police Station site is requested. Resolution 12 -2417 - Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Stormwater Services with CDM Smith, Inc. for Design and Post Design Services for the FY2012 -2013 Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project and Related Budget Amendment #13 -001 Consideration of Resolution 12 -2417 approving Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Continuing Professional Stormwater, Lakes Management, and Water Quality Engineering Services with CDM Smith, Inc. for design, permitting, and post design services for rehabilitation of various storm pipes and other components in the City's stormwater conveyance system in an amount not to exceed $119,956 and related Budget Amendment 413 -001 is requested. E. Resolution 12 -2421 - Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with Atkins North America, Inc. for Engineering Design Services Pertaining to the U.S. Highway 17 -92 / State Road 436 Flyover Project Consideration of Resolution 12 -2421 approving Amendment No. I to the Professional Services Agreement with Atkins North America, Inc. for Engineering Design Services Pertaining to the U.S. Highway 17 -92 / State Road 436 Flyover Project in the amount of $27,791.75 is requested. F. Resolution 12 -2422 - Agreement with Cardno TBE for Brownfield Cleanup Project Consideration of Resolution 12 -2422 to award the bid (Request for Proposal 2012004CI) and execute an agreement with Cardno TBE for the Brownfield Cleanup Project at the City's Police Department in the amount of $200,000 is requested. G. Resolution 12- 2423 - FY 2012 Fourth Quarter Budget Amendments Consideration of Resolution 12 -2423 to formally adopt budget amendments approved during the fourth quarter of FY 2012 is requested. H. Piggyback Purchase from Industrial Organizational Solutions, Inc. for Fire Department Lieutenant Promotional Examination and Assessment Consideration of a piggyback purchase from Industrial Organizational Solutions, Inc. for Fire Department Lieutenant promotional examination and assessment utilizing contract 412 -024 from the City of Carrollton, Texas in the amount of $22,730.00 is requested. 9. Amendment to ULDR Section 3 -10.9 - Parking of vehicles in residential districts - Recreational equipment and overnight parking (LPA 12 -09) Consideration to clarify the City Commission's intent regarding the type of recreational equipment that may be parked in a residential driveway overnight is requested. B. Request for Reduction of Code Enforcement Lien - 1555 State Road 436 Consideration to reduce one code enforcement lien on the property located at 1555 State Road 436 for case number CE- 12 -00133 fi•om a total of $8,300 to $4,150 to be paid within 60 days is requested.
