Planning and Zoning Commission's interpretation of the Code in rendering its decision <br />will not be disturbed unless the tanning and Zoning <br />Commission's interpretation is erroneous. The appellant is responsible for providing the <br />City Commission with a verbatim transcript of the hearing. The proceedings before the <br />BeaFd ef Adjust ent Planning and Zoning Commission, including all exhibits, the <br />transcribed testimony of witnesses, and the findings of the Beard of AdIjustP4e4-Plg0nill <br />and Zoning Commission shall be the subject of review by the City Commission. The <br />appeal shall be subject to the procedures outlined in subsection D(1) through (5) of this <br />Section, except that: <br />a. References to the Bier tanning and Zoning Commission shall be to <br />the City Commission; and <br />b. The appeal shall be taken within 30 days of rendition, as provided in Section 5, not <br />ten days. <br />c, Appeals from the City Commission decision shall be to the Circuit Court. <br />SECTION 5. The City of Casselberry Code of Ordinances, Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, <br />Chapter I, General Administration, Article ll, Administration and Enforcement, Section 1 -2.6, Planning and Zoning <br />Commission designated (Local Planning Agency), shall be amended as follows: <br />D. Rules of procedure. The Planning and Zoning Commission shall establish and adopt rules of procedure, <br />which shall include policies including, but not limited to, election and duties of officers; meeting schedule, time, <br />and place; establishing order of business and method of transaction; procedure for action and voting by <br />members; conduct of public hearings; rules of conduct; parliamentary procedure; maintenance of records; and <br />method of amending same. <br />1. Officers. The Planning and Zoning Commission shall elect a chairperson and a vice - <br />chairperson from among its members. The Community Development Director shall provide a secretary to record <br />minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission and carry out requisite secretarial duties. <br />2. Meetings, The Planning and Zoning Commission shall meet monthly according to a regular <br />schedule when action has been requested and is required for development issues to proceed. sr -rnere <br />frequently if naGessar„ Meetings shall occur at a designated place to be <br />determined by the Commission. The Commission may meet at such other times as the chairperson or Planning <br />and Zoning Commission may determine. The Commission shall adopt rules for the transaction of its business <br />and keep a properly indexed record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations.
