(Public Hearing: Resolution 12 -2419 - Adoption of Operating Budget for ]Fiscal Year 2012-2013 Consideration of Resolution 12 -2419 providing for the second and final public hearing to adopt the final Operating Budget for the Fiscal Year 2012-2013 in the amount of $43,649,389 is requested. (Public (Hearing: Second ]Reading of Ordinance 12 -1377 - Amend City Code Chapter 58, Article VI, ]Residential Property ]Registration (ILIPA 12 -06) Consideration of Ordinance 12 -1377 on second and final reading fo provide for clarification within the code requirements regarding the properties that are included in the City's Abandoned and Neglected Foreclosed Property Registration Program and to expand those properties to commercial and industrial districts in addition to residential districts is requested.
