Banner signs ,City Code Section 3-16.8 Repeat Violation <br />® CE-12-00232 1455 SR 436 #129 <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTION: Ms. Hale moved to find Respondents in this case was/were in repeat violation of City Code as <br />charged based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. The <br />Respondent brought the property into compliance on 02/17/2012. A fine in the amount of $150.00 is hereby <br />imposed for 6 (days) of repeat violation. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Parking lame vehicle(s) (dump truck, wreckers, etc) City code section 3-10.9 A,1,B,4 Repeat Violation <br />® CE-12-00255 71 N Winter Park Dr <br />Ms. Broman, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above cases. <br />Arron Sarkisian, 71 N Winter Park Dr, Casselberry, FL stated he had received the notice on Friday but we <br />were not open. The vehicle is his main vehicle and he was helping a friend move. <br />MOTION: Ms. Hale moved to find Respondents in this case was/were in repeat violation of City Code as <br />charged based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. The <br />Respondent brought the property into compliance on 02/10/2012. A fine in the amount of $50.00 is hereby <br />imposed for 1 (day) of repeat violation. Mr. Henson seconded the motion.
