® CE-11-02501 715 Wilshire Dr <br />Abandoned/neglected real property, Art VI Chapter 58 Sec 6(a) <br />® CE-11-02797 500 Bridle Path <br />Property maintenance, City Code Section 70-2(C) <br />® CE-11-02828 400 Hibiscus Rd <br />Abandoned/neglected real property, Art VI Chapter 58 Sec 6(a) <br />® CE-11-02832 518 Elm Dr <br />Abandoned/neglected real property, Art VI Chapter 58 Sec 6(a) <br />® CE-11-02848 530 Iris Rd <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that the above cases were not in compliance by <br />the date set by the Board and fine should be imposed. <br />MOTION: Ms. Hale moved to find that Respondents in these cases failed to correct the violations <br />by the time specified in this Board's prior orders in this case and the fine will be imposed as set forth <br />in that Order and will continue to run until the properties are brought into compliance and an <br />affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondents shall notify the Code <br />Compliance Officer to verify compliance. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS IN COMPLIANCE <br />Parking utilite trailers ,City Code Section 3-10.9 <br />® CE-11-02855 361 Hibiscus Rd <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that the above cases were in compliance by the <br />date set by the Board and no fine should be imposed. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find that Respondents in this case have complied with the Board's prior <br />order by the date specified in that Order and no fine will be imposed. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS IN COMPLIANCE WITH FINE <br />Roof maintenance, City Code Section 3-10.3 <br />® CE-11-02712 988 Osceola Trl <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that the above case was in violation for 6 days <br />and a fine of $150.00 should be imposed. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find that Respondents in this case failed to correct the violation by the <br />time specified in this Board's prior orders in this case and the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order <br />and will continue to run until the property is brought into compliance and an affidavit of compliance has <br />been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondents shall notify the Code Compliance Officer to verify <br />compliance. The violation has since complied on 02/01 /2012 and therefore, a fine in the amount of $150.00 <br />is hereby imposed. Mr. Herron seconded the motion.
