Purchase of Computer Hardware from CDW Government for use with Fire-EMS Documentation Software and Related Budget Amendment #12-053 Consideration for the purchase of computer hardware from CDW Govermnent in the amount of $17,922 for use in the operation of new Fire-EMS incident documentation software and related Budget Amendment #12-053 is requested. N. Request to Foreclose on Properties Due to Extensive Code Compliance Liens Consideration to foreclose and collect filles/liens imposed by the Code Enforcement Board on 251 Triplet Lake Drive (Parcel 08-21-30-514-QOOO-0050), 1029 Osceola Trail (Parcel 04-21-30-512-0GOO-0100), and 1499 Park Drive (Parcel 10-21-30-501-0000-0630) is requested. O. Appropriation of Funds to the Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency and Related Budget Amendment #12-050 Consideration to appropriate funds to the Casselbeny Community Redevelopment Agency in the amount of $350,000 for propeliy acquisition and $150,000 for other economic opportunity incentives and related Budget Amendment #12-050 is requested. Second Reading of Ordinance 12-1372 - Charter Referendum - Amendment to Article V. City Manager, Section 5.01, Appointment; Qualifications; Compensation Consideration of Ordinance 12-13 72 approving a proposed Charter anlendment referendum regarding residency requirements of the City Manager to be placed on the August 14, 2012 City Election ballot for consideration by the City's electorate is requested. 10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES A. First Reading: Ordinance 12-1373 - Amendments to Chapter 14, Article II, Special Events, Open air sales, etc. - Issuance of special event permits and alcoholic beverage licenses. Consideration of Ordinance 12-1373 on first reading to amend the City of Casselberry Code of Ordinances Chapter 14, Amusements, to exempt City parks that are designated as "Special Use" Parks, from the permitting requirements and criteria established for special events, open air sales, open air food sales, and seasonal sales is requested. This ordinance also requests an amendment to eliminate City Commission review of alcoholic beverage permits for City parks, placing the responsibility with the Administrative Official and includes additional minor procedural amendments. B. First Reading: Ordinance 12-1374 - Amend City Code Chapter 26, Businesses, Amend Local Business Tax Schedule Consideration of Ordinance 12-1374 on first reading to amend the Local Business Tax Schedule to provide an across the board 5% increase to all business taxes within the City as provided for evelY two years by Florida Statute 205.0535 is requested. C. First Reading: Ordinance 12-1375 - City Tax Abatement Program Referendum Consideration of Ordinance 12-13 75 on first reading to approve a referendum ballot question for a tax abatement program for new and expanding business is requested 11. RESOLUTIONS None. 12. OTHER ITEMS A. Requests for Reduction of Multiple Code Enforcement Liens at 1810 SR 436 Consideration to reduce two separate code enforcement liens on the property located at 1810 SR 436 for case numbers CE-11-01142 (lien amount $14,400) and CE-11-01143 (lien amount $9,850) from a total of $24,250 to $6,000 to be paid within 60 days is requested.
