B. Resolution 12-2362 - Change Order No. 2 to an Agreement with Central Florida Environmental Corporation for North Winter Park Drive Phase II and Related Budget Amendment #12-042 Consideration of Resolution 12-2362 approving Change Order No.2 to the Agreement with Central Florida Environmental Corporation for construction of North Winter Park Drive Phase II in the amount of ($154,699) is requested. Consideration of related Budget Amendment #12-042 is also requested. C. Resolution 12-2363 - Change Order No. 3 to an Agreement with Central Florida Environmental Corporation for North Winter Park Drive Phase II and Related Budget Amendment #12-043 Consideration of Resolution 12-2363 approving Change Order No.3 to the Agreement with Central Florida Environmental Corporation for construction of North Winter Park Drive Phase II (Project Number PW-1003) in the amount of$25,293.20 is requested. Resolution 12-2365 - Amendment No. 1 to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Construction Loan Agreement (DW590301) with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for Water Quality Improvement Projects & Related Budget Amendment #12-045 Consideration of Resolution 12-2365 approving Amendment No.1 to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Construction Loan Agreement (DW590301) with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to cover construction of Phase 3 of the Water Quality Improvement Project in the amount $4,154,883 is requested. Consideration of related Budget Amendment # 12-045 is also requested.
