All were present. <br />3, EVIE F CITY I PACT FEES <br />Presentation: Interim City Manager Randy Newlon gave a brief introduction, explaining that the presentation <br />would be a review of the City's impact fees, including the impact they have on development in the City, the <br />sources they come from, the magnitude they possess and what they mean for Casselbeny's future <br />redevelopment. <br />
