CITY OF CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION MEETING Monday, March 12, 2012 Isr Floor, Casselberry City Hall 7:00 p.m. 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberty, Florida TO THE PUBLIC: Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at these meetings/hearings, they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. All comments must be directed to the Mayor or City Conuuission as a whole, not an individual City Commissioner, a City staff member or another member of the audience. Citizens may be heard during PUBLIC HEARINGS or at any time any agenda item is before the City Commission for consideration by following the same procedure described above. 8. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed fi•om the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on hidividual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Special Invoice Report Consideration of the Special htvoice Report for Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., City Attorney Services for Februar}~ 2012 in the amount of $19,060.50; and Fishes & Phillips LLP, Cit}~ Labor Attorney Services for January 2012 in the amount of $242.00 is requested. B. Resolution 12-2347 - 2012 TIGER Grant Application Consideration of Resolution 12-2347 approving submittal of a final grant application for a United States Department of Transportation FY2012 Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) Discretionary Grant on behalf of the Cities of Casselberry and Altamonte Springs, Seminole County and LYNX for the purpose of obtaining federal funds in the amount of $27,313,069 to eriltance the core transportation system of the region is requested.
