WHEREAS, SIEMENS WESTINGHOUSE POWER CORPORATION, hereinafter "SIEMENS", <br />owns property located generally north of Lotus Lake Drive, east of Anchor Road, and west of Redington <br />Woods Subdivision, identified by Seminole County Tax Parcel ID Number 07-21-30-515-0000-003C, <br />included in the property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, <br />contiguous to other property being annexed hereby; and <br />WHEREAS, CASSELBERRY INVESTMENT PROPERTIES, LTD., hereinafter "CIP II", owns <br />property located generally north of Lotus Lake Drive, east of Anchor Road, and west of Redington Woods <br />Subdivision, identified by Seminole County Tax Parcel ID Number 07-21-30-515-0000-0038, included in the <br />property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, contiguous to <br />other property being annexed hereby; and <br />WHEREAS, MASCHMEYER PROPERTIES-1601 INC., hereinafter "MASCHMEYER", owns <br />property located generally north of Lotus Lake Drive, east of Anchor Road, and west of Redington Woods <br />Subdivision, identified by Seminole County Tax Parcel ID Number 07-21-30-515-0000-003D, included in the <br />property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, contiguous to <br />other property being annexed hereby; and <br />WHEREAS, the CIP I Property, the SIEMENS Property, the CIP II Property, and the <br />MASCHMEYER Property are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Consenting Annexation Properties", <br />totaling 4 parcels comprising approximately 1.39 acres and illustrated in Exhibit "A"; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to annex the Consenting Annexation Properties and other property <br />located adjacent to or near the Consenting Annexation Properties, in accordance with Chapter 171, Florida <br />Statutes, more specifically described as the COLLE, JANIS J., BENTLEY, ELODIE C., and BENTLEY, <br />EDEN, TRUSTEES Property, hereinafter "COLLE/BENTLEY", located north of Lotus Lake Drive, east of <br />Anchor Road, and west of Redington Woods Subdivision, identified by Seminole County Tax Parcel ID <br />Number 07-21-30-515-0000-003A, included in the property described in Exhibit "A", totaling 1 parcel <br />comprising approximately 0.83 acres, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, contiguous <br />to the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry; and <br />Ordinance 10-1337-Page 2 of 5 <br />
