Mitchell's Survey of the Levy Grant on <br />Lake Jessup, as recorded in Plat Book I Page 5, of the Public Records of Seminole <br />County, Florida, said point also being the Northwest corner of The Colonnades First <br />Section, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 79-80, of the Public Records of Seminole <br />County, Florida; thence run S. 0743'38" E. along the Easterly line of said Lot 58, a <br />distance of 790.49 feet; thence N. 89°47'33" W., a distance of 100.97 feet; thence N. <br />07°43'38" W., parallel with said Westerly (Easterly) line, a distance of 337.35 feet to the <br />point of curvature of a curve concave Southwesterly, having a central angle of 54°27'08" <br />and a radius of 162.50 feet; thence run Northwesterly along the arc of said curve, a <br />distance of 154.44 feet to the point of tangency; thence N. 62°10'46" W., a distance of <br />231.42 feet to the point of curvature of a curve concave Northeasterly, having a central <br />angle of 62°23'13" and a radius of 225.00 feet, thence run Northwesterly along the arc of <br />said curve, a distance of 244.99 feet to the point of tangency; thence N. 00'12'27" E., a <br />distance of 20.61 feet to a point on the Southerly Right of Way line of State Road No. <br />434; thence S. 89°47'33" E., 70.00 feet; thence S. 00°12'27" W., a distance of 38.64 feet <br />to the point of curvature of a curve concave Northeasterly, having a central angle of <br />62'23'13" and a radius of 162.50 feet; thence run Southeasterly along the arc of said <br />curve, a distance of 176.94 feet to the point of tangency; thence S. 62°10'46" E., a <br />distance of 216.41 feet to the point of curvature of a curve concave Southwesterly, having <br />a central angle of 54°27'08" and a radius of 212.50 feet; thence run Southeasterly along <br />the arc of said curve, a distance of 201.95 feet; thence departing said curve, run N. <br />07°43'38" W., 446.17 feet to a point on the Southerly Right of Way line of said State <br />Road No. 434; thence S. 89°47'33" E., a distance of 50.48 feet (50.49 feet) to the POINT <br />OF BEGINNING. <br />Containing 2.10 acres, more or less. <br />
