Red Light Camera Enforcement A presentation on the status of the City's Red Light Camera Enforcement Program and the current legal and legislative issues will be given by Sergeant William Nas. 7. Special Invoice Report Consideration of the Special Invoice Report for Fisher & Phillips LLP, City Labor Attorney Services for November 2010 in the amount of $9,770.20; and Change Order No. 1 to the Contract with Shaw Mechanical Services, LLC for Chiller Upgrades to City Hall and Police Department Buildings for a credit in the amount of $180,086.00, resulting a net project saving of $102,086.00, is requested. Resolution 11-2215 -Agreement with Helping Hands Lawn Care, Inc. for Grounds Maintenance Services Consideration of Resolution 11-2215 approving an agreement between the City of Casselberry and Helping Hands Lawn Care Inc. in the annual amount of $174,400.00 to provide grounds maintenance services throughout the City at designated sites is requested. Resolution 11-2216 -Purchase and Sale Contract with James A. & Elizabeth Thompson for a Portion of Parcel 10-21-30-501-0000-35B0 Consideration of Resolution 11-2216 approving a Contract beriveen the City of Casselberry and James A. Thompson and Elizabeth Thompson for purchase and sale of a portion of Parcel 10-21-30-501-0000-35B0 is requested, D. Resolution 11-2217 -Construction Funding Loan Agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and Related Budget Amendment #11-016 Consideration of Resolution I1-2217 approving a loan agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for additional American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is requested. Consideration of Budget Amendment #11-016 is also requested. E. Resolution 11-2218 -Conservation Easement to St. Johns River Water Management District for Wirz Trail Section 1 Consideration of Resolution 11-2218 approving a conservation easement to the St Johns River Water Management District for construction of Wirz Trail Section 1 is requested. F. Resolution 11-2219 - Grant of Easement, Temporary Construction Easement and Memorandum of Understanding with Metro Life Church of Greater ®rlando Inc. for Construction of Wirz Trail Section 1 Consideration of Resolution 11-2219 approving a Grant of Easement, Temporary Construction Easement and Memorandum of Understanding documents with Metro Life Church of Greater Orlando, Inc, for the construction of Wirz Trail Section I is requested.
