Special Invoice Report Consideration of the Special Invoice Report for Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., City Attorney Services for July 2011 in the amount of $14,724.50 is requested. C. Budget Amendment #11-051 -Sole Source Purchase of Access Control Systems for Fire Stations 21 and 25 Consideration of Budget Amendment # 11-051 and the sole source purchase of access control systems for Fire Stations 21 and 25 in the amount of $21,773.66 is requested. D. Budget Amendment #11-052 -Purchase of City Hall Security Doors Consideration of Budget Amendment #11-052 for the pw•chase and installation of hvo access conh•ol doors for City Hall second floor from MJL Development, Inc. in the amount of $4,489.43 is requested. E. Renewal with Cigna Healthcare for Employee Medical Insurance Consideration to approve the negotiated City employee medical insurance renewal with Cigna Healthcare is requested. F.
