Special Invoice Report Consideration to approve legal counsel invoices associated with the Sales Tax Revenue Bond, Series 2011A and Sales Tax Refunding Revenue Bond, Series 2011B for a total amount of $46,500 is requested. B. Resolution 11-2292 -Amendment to Fund Balance Policy Consideration of Resolution 11-2292 to update the City's existing Fund Balance Policy is requested. C. Resolution 11-2294 -Cooperative Purchase Agreement with Connect Consulting, Inc, for Professional Hydrogeological Services and Related Budget Amendment #11-034 Consideration of Resolution 11-2294 approving a Cooperative Purchase Agreement with Connect Consulting, Inc. for Professional Hydrogeological Services for evaluations of Well N-1 at the North Water Treatment Plant and Well S-1 at the South Water Treatment Plant, for an amount not to exceed $46,000 is requested. Approval of Budget Amendment 11- 034 is also requested. D. Resolution 11-2296 -Continuing Services Contract with Kosto ~ Rotella, PA for Collection of Code Violation Liens Consideration of Resolution I 1-2296 approving a continuing services contract with the late firm of ICosto & Rotella, PA, for the collection of code violation fines due to Code Enforcement Board action is requested. E. Budget Amendment #11054 -Replacement Pavilion for Plumosa Oaks Park Consideration of Budget Amendment #11-054 to recognize revenues in the amount of $14,668.00 for replacement of a damaged pavilion at Plumosa Oaks Park is requested. F. Budget Amendment #ll-056 -Purchase of Replacement Light Bar Warning Device Consideration of Budget Amendment #11-056 to authorize funding for the purchase of a replacement light bar warning device in the amount of $2,894 is requested. G. Budget Amendment #ll-057 -Purchase of Fire Station Fitness Equipment Replacements Considetation of Budget Amendment #11-057 to authorize funding for the purchase of fire station fitness equipment in the amount of $12,457 is requested. H. Budget Amendment #11-OSS -Use of State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to Purchase Prescription Drug Lockers Consideration of Budget Amendment #11-058 to use State for•feitur•e funds in the amount of $1,200 fot• the purchase of prescription drug lockers (Rx Lockers) is requested. 1. Application for Florida Municipal Insurance Trust Matching Safety Grant Consideration to submit a 2011 Florida Municipal Insurance Trust Matching Safety Grant Application for the purpose of purchasing two sets of gas detector equipment and funding hazardous material training for the City's Fire Department is requested. Application for 2011 Casselberry Housing & Neighborhood Stabilization Grant Consideration to submit a gt•ant application to the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Department for the purpose of obtaining fiords for planning strategies to develop sustainable neighborhoods within the City of Casselberry is requested. Application for 2011-2012 Assistance to Firefighters Grant Consideration to submit a Regional Assistance to Firefighters 2011 Grant Application for the pm•pose of purchasing radio equipment is requested. L.
