CASSI'rLB1;RRY CITY CONINIISSION <br />Minutes of January 9, 2012 -Special Meeting and Attorney-Client Session <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />individuals attending the attorney-client session were Mayor Charlene Glancy, Vice Mayor Colleen Hufford, <br />Commissioner Anthony Aramendia, Commissioner Jon Miller, Commissioner Sandra Solomon, City Manager <br />Barbara Lipscomb, City Attorney Catherine D. Reischmann, and Assistant City Attorney Vivian Cocotas. The <br />entire attorney-client session shall be recorded by a certified com•t report. The ceItified court reporter shall file <br />a transcript with the City Clerk within a reasonable time after the meeting and the transcript shall be made <br />public at the conclusion of the litigation. <br />Those attending the attorney-client session left the City Commission Chambers at 6:05 p.m. and the session <br />was held immediately in the City Manager's Conference Room. <br /> <br />The special meeting was reconvened in the City Commission Chambers at 6;43 p.m. Mayor Glancy <br />announced the termination of the attorney-client session. <br />Mayor Glancy adjourned the special meeting at 6:44 p.m. <br />DATE MINUTES APPROVED BY CITY COMMISSION: <br />ATTEST: <br />~"`°:. <br />« _- F <br />Donna G.
