All of the invoices described above relate to issuance costs associated with the <br />closing on October 4, 2011 of Utility System Refirnding Revenue Bond, Series 2011. The expendihires do <br />not have an immediate budget impact. Accounting standards require that the costs be capitalized as an <br />intangible asset and amortized over the life of the note. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the Special Invoice Report. <br />B. Resolution 11-2304 -Termination of Participation in the Memorandum of <br />Agreement for the Alternative Water Supply Proj ect near SR 46 in Seminole County <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR THE <br />TERMINATION OF MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES REGARDING THE <br />ALTERNATIVE WATER SUPPLY PROJECT NEAR STATE ROAD 46 IN SEMINOLE COUNTY; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 11-2304 provides for termination of the City's participation as outlined in the <br />Memorandum of Agreement between parties involved with the Alternative Water Supply Project near State <br />Road 46 in Seminole County. <br />Budget Impact: The termination of the State Road 46 Memorandum of Agreement will not cause a negative <br />impact to the City's budget. It will, however, reallocate $74,780 in the Public Works Water Production <br />Professional Services Account (407-0754-533.31-00). <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />11-23 04. <br />
