The City Manager stated the Public <br />Works Department has identified and is already working with FDOT on the matter. <br />® Stated she attended the Jazz Concert at Lake Concord Park on September 24t~' and commended staff <br />for a successful event. <br />® Noted she liked the brick accents added recently to the intellection of Aroma and Lakemont Avenues <br />in Winter Park. <br />® Wished everyone a Happy New Year- noting the Jewish New Year begins Wednesday, September <br />28t~' <br />Commissioner Colleen Hufford -Seat No. 4: <br />® Stated she attended the Jazz Concert at Lake Concord Park on September 24`'' and commended staff <br />for• a successful event. <br />® Announced the Casselbeny Chamber of Commerce will be holding the second annual Celebrate <br />Casselbeny event on Thursday, October 6, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Lake Concord Park. <br />Commissioner Jon Miller -Seat No. 2: <br />® Stated he was unable to attend the Jazz Concert at Lake Concord Park on September 24t~'° but <br />commended staff for a successful event. <br />Mayor Charlene Glancy -Seat No. 5; <br />Stated she attended the Jazz Concert at Lake Concord Park on September 24t~' and commended staff <br />for a successfill event. <br />Announced the Casselbeny PTA has rescheduled their picnic in the park to Tuesday, September 25t'' <br />at 6:30 p.m. in Lake Concord Park. She encouraged the City Commission to attend the event. <br />Noted the food pantry located at Casselbeny Elementary has been renamed as The Care Cabin. <br />1 ~.
