CASSi•,LB)JRR]' CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of May 9, 2011- Special Meeting and Attorney-Client Session <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />~~~® L I ®~LA~1~ ~ ~~~~I®l~ <br />The attorney-client session commenced at 6:09 p.m. Mayor Glancy stated the estimated length ofthe attorney- <br />client session was fifty (50) minutes. Mayor Glancy announced that the individuals attending the attorney- <br />client session were Mayor Charlene Glancy, Vice Mayor Jon Miller, Commissioner Susan Doerner, <br />Commissioner Colleen Hufford, Commmissioner Sandra Solomon, City Manager Barbara Lipscomb, City <br />Attorney Catherine D. Reischmann, and Assistant City Attorney Debra Babb-Nutcher. (Assistant City <br />Attorney Usher L. Brown was listed on the public notice for the attorney-client session, but was not in <br />attendance.) The entire attorney-client session shall be recorded by a certified court report. The certified court <br />reporter shall file a transcript with the City Clerk within a reasonable time after the meeting and the transcript <br />shall be made public at the conclusion of the litigation. <br />Those attending the attorney-client session left the City Commission Chambers at 6:10 p.m. and the session <br />was held in the City Manager's Conference Room. <br /> <br />The special meeting was reconvened in the City Commission Chambers at 6:54 p.m. Mayor Glancy <br />announced the teI•mination of the attorney-client session. <br />Mayor Glancy adjourned the special meeting at 6:55 p.m. <br />DATE MINUTES APPROVED BY CITY COMMISSION: ' <br />ATTEST: <br />Donna G.
