RESOLUTION 07®179 <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY AND SEMINOLE COUNTY ALLOWING FOR <br />SEMINOLE COUNTY TO PROVIDE ANIMAL CONTROL <br />SERVICES WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF CASSELBERRY; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry wishes to enter into an Agreement with Seminole <br />County to provide animal control services within the city limits of Casselberry. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Agreement, as set forth in Exhibit A, is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, between the City of Casselberry and Seminole County. <br />SECTION II. The Mayor of the City of Casselberry is hereby authorized to execute said <br />Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Casselberry. <br />SECTION III. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION IV. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effects of any other Section or part of this Resohrtion. <br />SECTION V. Effective Date.
