Code Enforcement Board Minutes <br />July 14, 2011 <br />Page 7 <br />REQUEST' FOR RE®UCT'1O1~/WAIVER OF FIWE <br />Paint, graffiti, or mildew ULDR Section 3-10 3L) <br />a CE-09-01242 1785 Holliday Dr <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor gave testimony for the above case. <br />Paul Ettori, Akerman Senterfitt 420 S Orlando Ave, Orlando gave testimony. <br />MOT"IOftI: Mr. McKernan moved to recommend to the City Commission that the lien will be <br />reduced in this case from $10,250.00 to $2,500.00, to be paid within 60 days from the date of the <br />Commission's order or the fine reverts back to the original amount. The reason for the reduction is <br />the bank showed sufficient timeliness in bringing the property into compliance as soon they had <br />jurisdiction to do so. Ms. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />Trash & debris, City Code Section 70-2(C) <br />CE-10-01657 561 Jasmine Rd <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor gave testimony for the above case. <br />Faramarz Sadri, 1213 Eagle Trl, Longwood gave testimony. <br />MOT"1O1~1: Mr. Smith moved to deny the request for reduction of the fine. Mr. Herron <br />seconded the motion.
