Code Enforcement Board Minutes June 9, 2011 Page 3 M'T!N: Mr. Herron moved to find that Respondents in these cases failed to correct the violations by the time specified in the Board's prior orders in these cases and the fine will be imposed as set forth in those Orders and will continue to run until the properties are brought into compliance and an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondents shall notify the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. In the event Respondent does not comply by this date, the City will abate the property by demolition. The cost of the demolition will result in a lien on the property.
