He did not receive a notice by mail. Mr. Newman stated that <br />his tenant/employee would like to be able to take the vehicle home from work. <br />Mr. Brown advised that the vehicle modified the way it is now is still prohibited in the City, the <br />Ordinance specifically states utility beds on trucks. <br />Ms. Henson stated the only way this can comply with Code is the vehicle needs to be in the side yard <br />screened with a fence, screened from view so it can't be seen from the street. <br />Jody Stefinson, 608 Laurel Way, Casselberry, FL asked if the fence needed to be around the entire <br />perimeter of the house of just the side where the vehicle is going to be on. <br />MOTION: Mr. McKernan moved that this case be continued to the 02/09/2012 Code Enforcement Board <br />Meeting, or to the next regularly scheduled meeting. In the event Respondent <br />does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each day the <br />violation continues past the aforestated date. A fine of <br />$50.00 per day is hereby imposed beginning 06/14/2011 and shall continue until there is compliance. This <br />violation constitutes a serious threat to the public health, safety and welfare and in the event the <br />Respondent does not correct the violation by the date set in this order, the city commission shall be notified <br />and appropriate action should be taken by the City to bring the property into compliance. The City is <br />entitled to recover its reasonable costs of such services. The Respondent is further ordered to Contact the <br />Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order.
