The mortgage on Elm Drive is held by US Bank -not Wells <br />Fargo. Wells Fargo holds the mortgage on a different property owned by Mr. Polk. Mr. Abrams <br />stated Wells Fargo has no connection to this property. <br />tUIOTI®N: Mr. Smith moved that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the lien will be <br />reduced in this. case from $6,550.00 to $ Zero. The reason for this reduction is: The current <br />institution was improperly noticed/notice was not sent to them.
