S~Page <br />Overgrown property, City Code Section 70-2(C) repeat violation <br />® CE-09-03339 1320 Lancelot Way <br />Ms. Broman, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above cases. <br />Robert Sabrkhani, resident and realtor, Casselberry FL, advised that he represents Fanny Mae and he <br />received this property on 07/30/2011. They immediately spent about $12,000.00 to bring the property to a <br />nice condition. Within 30 days there was a contract and it is ready to go. Mr. Sabrkhani advised this will be <br />a home owner not an investor. <br />IIr1O1'ION: Mr. McKernan moved in CEB # 08-03011 that the Board recommend to the City <br />Commission that the lien will be reduced in this case from $5,700.00 to $1,750.00, to be paid within 60 <br />days of the commission's order or the fine reverts to the original fine amount. The reason for this reduction <br />is: the property has come into compliance and the bank has worked diligently with the City. There is also a <br />potential buyer for this property and the Board wants to see someone in there taking care of the property. <br />Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />IVIO'TION: Mr. McKernan moved in CEB # 09-01592 that the Board recommend to the City <br />Commission that the lien will be reduced in this case from $5,825.00 to $1,850.00 dollars. The reason <br />for this reduction is: the property has come into compliance and the bank has worked diligently with <br />the City. There is also a potential buyer for this property and the Board wants to see someone in <br />there taking care of the property. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />fViO71ON: Mr. McKernan moved in CEB # 09-03339 that the Board recommend to the City <br />Commission that the lien will be reduced in this case from $10,150.00 to $3,500.00 dollars. The <br />reason for this reduction is: the property has come into compliance and the bank has worked <br />diligently with the City. There is also a potential buyer for this property and the Board wants to see <br />someone in there taking care of the property. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />NEW C,4SS <br />Hot and cold water supply, City Code Section 86-162 <br />® CE-11-01667 1499 Park Dr <br />Ms. Broman, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for the above case. <br />IUIOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find Respondent(s) in this case in violation of the City Code as <br />charged and that Respondent(s) correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 09/22/2011. In the event <br />Respondent does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each <br />day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent(s) is/are further ordered to contact <br />the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. Mr. <br />McKernan voted nay, the motion passed 3-1. <br />Disables/inoperable/unlicensed vehicle ULDR Section, 3-10.9 A (4)(b) <br />® CE-11-01646 2014 Kewannee Trl <br />Ms. Broman, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOl"ION: Mr. Herron moved to find Respondent(s) in this case in violation of the City Code as <br />charged and that Respondent(s) correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. on 09/22/2011. In the event <br />Respondent does not comply by this date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each <br />day the violation continues past the aforestated date.
