The cases were reduced from a total of $5,400.00 to <br />$3,000.00. The violation is to be corrected within 30 days from the Commission meeting date and <br />also paid within 30 days. <br />The reason for the reduction being done this way is due to a short sale pending on the property <br />for tomorrow 01/14/2011. The reason the reduction was brought to the Commission prior to the <br />Code Board was due to a pending sale on the property. <br />~®°TI®hii: Mr. Henson moved to approve the reduction as presented. Ms. Hale seconded the motion.
