Any violation of the same code by <br />Respondent(s) within FIVE (5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as a repeat violation, for <br />which a fine of up to $500.00 per day may be imposed. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />I@EC~UE~T FOR RE®UCTION/WAIVEIR OF FINE <br />Business tax receipt, City Code Section 26.33 <br />® CE-09-03981 609 Brittany Ct <br />Business tax receipt, City Code Section 26.33 <br />® CE-11-00228 609 Brittany Ct <br />Ms. Broman, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above cases. <br />Alexis Lorenzo, 609 Brittany Ct, Casselberry FL, advised the Code Enforcement Board that this business <br />was his fathers and he was no longer able to work. Mr. Lorenzo stated he put the business in his name to <br />help his father out. Also his brother passed away during the time of the violations. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved in CEB # 09-03981 that the Board recommend to the City <br />Commission that the lien will be reduced in this case from $300.00 to $150.00, to be paid within 60 <br />days of the commission's order or the fine reverts to the original fine amount. The reason for this <br />reduction is: financial consideration and communication issues. Ms. Hale seconded the motion. The <br />motion passed unanimously. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved in CEB # 11-00228 that the Board recommend to the City <br />Commission that the lien will be reduced in this case from $6,350 to zero dollars. The reason for this <br />reduction is: The business was not operating in the City of Casselberry. Ms. Hale seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />
