Mr. Bland stated if the officer had come by and advised of the violation maybe something could have been done. Kevin Pittman, 140 N Triplet Lake Dr, Casselberry FL, advised that he is Mr. Bland's neighbor and was present to speak on his behalf. IVIOI'ION: Ms. Hale moved to find Respondent(s) in this case in repeat violation of City Code as charged based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. A fine of $1.00 per day is hereby imposed beginning 08/04/2011 and shall continue until there is compliance.
