Resolution 12-2338 -Supplement No. 39 to an Agreement with CPH Engineers, Inc. for Technical Administrative and Consti°uction Inspection Services Pertaining to the Water Quality Improvement Projects Consideration of Resolution 12-2338 approving Supplement No. 39 to the Continuing Consulting Engineering Services Agreement with CPH Engineers, hrc. for Technical Adminish•ative and Construction Inspection Services Pertaining to the Water Quality Improvement Projects for an amotutt not to exceed $216,045.60 is requested. D. Resolution 12-2339 -Change Order No. 4 to the Contractual Agreement with Killebrew, Inc. for Construction of the Casselberry Water Quality Improvement Projects Consideration of Resolution 12-2336 approving Change Order No. 4 to the conh•actual conshuction agreement with the general contractor, Killebrew, Inc., in the amount of $30,647.08 to construct water quality improvements in accordance with the conshltction funding agreement beriveen the Florida Department of Envh•onmental Protection (FDEP) and the City of Casselberry is requested. Budget Amendment #12-015 -Purchase of Electrical Services from Smithson Electric for Installation of Lighting on the Ballerina Sculpture in Lake Concord Park Consideration to approve Budget Amendment #12-015 for purchase of electt•ical services from Smithson Electric, Inc. in the amount of $1,534 for installation of lighting on the bronze ballerina sculpture titled `Wendy' in Lake Concord Patk is requested. H. Budget Amendment #12-016 -Emergency Repair/Replacement Pump at Casselberry Pump Station No. 23 Consideration of Budget Amendment #12-016 in the aniount of $4,050 to fund the emergency replacement of a pump that failed at Casselberry Pump Station No. 23 is requested. 9. B. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 11-1367 -Official Zoning Map Amendment for Property Located at 95 Concord Drive (ZB 11-0~ Continued from the January 9, 2012 Cit}~ Commission meeting. Consideration of Ordinance 11-1367 approving an Official Zoning Map amendment for Parcel ID# 08-21-30-SBL-HF00-027A located at 95 Concord Drive, changing the classification from CG (Commercial General) to RMF-13 (Medium Density Residential Multi-Family), is requested. 10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES A. First Reading: Ordinance 12-1370 -Public Nuisance and Property Maintenance Consideration of Ordinance 12-1370 to amend various sections of the City Code to address public nuisances, property maintenance, outdoor/open air storage and storage within carports is requested. 11.
