Budget Amendment #12-015 -Purchase of Electrical Services from Smithson Electric for Installation of Lighting on the Ballerina Sculpture in Lake Concord Park Consideration to approve Budget Amendment #12-015 for purchase of electrical services from Smithson Electric, Inc. in the amount of $1,534 for installation of lighting on the bronze ballerina sculpture titled `Wendy' in Lake Concord Park is requested. H. Budget Amendment #12-016 -Emergency Repair/Replacement Pump at Casselberry Pump Station No. 23 Consideration of Budget Amendment #12-016 in the amount of $4,050 to fiord the emergency replacement of a pomp that failed at Casselberry Pump Station No. 23 is requested. 9. B. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 11-1367 -Official Zoning Map Amendment for Property Located at 95 Concord Drive (ZB 11-OS) Continued from the January 9, 2012 City Commission meeting. Consideration of Ordinance l 1-1367 approving an Official Zoning Map amendment for Parcel ID# 08-21-30-SBL-HF00-027A located at 95 Concord Drive, changing the classification from CG (Commercial General) to RMF-13 (Medium Density Residential Multi-Family), is requested. 10.
