CITY OF CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION MEETING Monday, December 12, 2011 1 st Floor, Casselberry City Hall 7:00 p.m. 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberty, Florida TO THE PUBLIC: Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at these meetings/hearings, they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes. Please raise your hand and when recognized by the Mayor, come forward to the mict•ophone, give your name and address and speak briefly on the matter. All comments must be directed to the Mayor or City Commission as a whole, not an individual City Commissioner, a City staff member or another member of the audience. Citizens may be heard during PUBLIC HEARINGS or at any time any agenda item is before the City Commission for consideration by following the same procedure described above. 8. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, uo discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Special Invoice Report Consideration of the Special Invoice Report for Brown, Gat•ganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., City Attorney Sewices fa• November 2011 in the anrount of $11,273.58 is requested. B. Brownfields Cleanup Grant Application Approval to submit a Brownfields Cleanup Grant application to the United States Environmental Protection Agency fot• fimding assistance for the environmental clean up of the Casselberry Police Department site is requested. C. Budget Amendment #12-009 -Use of State Law Enforcement Trust Funds for Purchase of Crime Prevention Material Consideration of Budget Amendment #12-009 for the purchase of crime prevention material from the State Law Enforcement Tivst Fund in the amount of $4002.00 is requested.
