CITY OF CASSELBERRY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The City of Casselberry Board ofAdjustment held a public hearing on Thursday, May 26, 2011, at 6:30 P.M., in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Members present were: Mary Anne Gauvin Earl McMullen Luis Guzman Stanley Weinroth Members absent were: Phyllis Wallace, Alternate Staff members present: Eric Raasch, Planner Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant First Item of Business: Call to OrderlRoll Call The meeting was called to order by Ms. Gauvin at 6;30 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present, Second Item of Business: Pledge of Allegiance Ms. Gauvin led the Pledge of Allegiance. Third Item of Business: Swearing in new member- Stanley Weinroth Ms. Gauvin administered the Oath of Office to Mr. Stanley Weinroth and welcomed him to the Board of Adjustment. ourth Item of Business: Election of Officers Ms. Gauvin requested nominations for Chairman. Mr. Guzman nominated Ms. Gauvin as Chairman. Mr. Weinroth seconded the motion. Ms. Gauvin requested nominations for Vice-Chairman. Mr. McMullen nominated Mr. Guzman as Vice-Chairman. Mr. Weinroth seconded the motion. A vote was taken and Ms. Gauvin was elected as Chairman and Mr, Guzman was elected as Vice-Chairman by a unanimous vote. Fifth Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the public hearing held on Thursday, October 28, 2011. Ms, Gauvin stated the Chair would entertain a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public hearing held on Thursday, October 28, 2010. Mr. Guzman moved to accept the October 28, 2010 minutes as presented. Mr. McMullen seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote.
