C. Budget Amendment #12-005 -Use of Forfeiture Funds for VVirz Trail Lighting Project <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment # 12-005 to provide lights along the Wirz Trail bike path utilized by the Casselberry <br />Elementary and South Seminole Middle School students in the amount of $1,731.21 is requested. <br />D, Budget Amendment #12-006 -Use of State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to Purchase Ready <br />Response Team Equipment <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment # 12-006 to purchase a variety of specialized equipment for the Police Department's <br />recently established Ready Response Team in the amount of $8,488 is requested. <br />E. Resolution 11-2320 -Equipment Schedule No. 09 Exhibits and Documents to the Master <br />Lease Agreement No. 0592 with SunTrust Equipment Finance ~i Leasing Coa•poration and <br />Related Budget Amendment #12-007 <br />Consideration of Resolution 11-2320 approving Equipment Schedule No. 09 and exhibits to the Master Lease Agreement <br />with SunTrust Equipment Finance Leasing Corp. for replacement capital equipment in the amount of $706,744 as <br />approved in the FY 2012 Budget is requested. Approval of related Budget Amendment # 12-007 to provide additional <br />funding in the amount of $3,869 for the purchase of a dump truck is also requested. <br />F. Resolution 11-2322 -Amendment No. 2 to Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Camp Dresser <br />~z McKee, Inc. for Additional Design Services to Utility Improvement Projects <br />Consideration of Resolution 11-2322 approving Amendment No. 2 to Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Camp Dresser <br />& McKee, Inc. for additional engineering design services for three City utility improvement projects in an amount not to <br />exceed $5,000 is requested. <br />G. Resolution 11-2323 -Perpetual Utility Easement and an Easement Hold Harmless Agreement <br />with AIM Orlando School Building, LLC (Aviation Institute) <br />Consideration of Resolution 11-2323 approving a Perpetual Utility Easement and an Easement Hold Harmless Agreement <br />between AIM Orlando School Building, LLC (Aviation Institute) and the City of Casselberry, in conjunction with utility <br />infrastructure improvements within the Aviation Institute property, is requested. <br />H. Resolution 11-2325 - Southland Construction Group, Inc. Settlement Agreement and <br />Associated Budget Amendment #11-062 <br />Consideration of Resolution 11-2325 approving a Settlement Agreement with Southland Construction Group, Inc, in the <br />amount of $15,000 and Budget Amendment #11-062 is requested. <br />I. Resolution 11-2326 -Amended FY 2011 Fourth Quarter Budget Amendment <br />Consideration of Resolution l 1-2326 to formally adopt an amended Fourth Quarter Budget Amendment summary for <br />Fiscal Year 2011 is requested. <br />J. Correction of Code Enforcement Lien Related on 429 Elm Drive <br />Consideration to correct a code enforcement lien that was applied in error on the property located at 429 Ehn Drive (case <br />#CE-10-01378) is requested. <br />9. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to <br />be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. (Hearing Sequence: 1st -Staff; 2nd - <br />Applicant/Requesting Party; aid -Public; 4th -Opportunity for brief rebuttals, if appropriate; Final -City Commission motion, <br />discussion and action.) <br />A. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 11-1361 -Amending ULDR Section 3-16.4, <br />On-premises temporary sign regulations, related to road construction projects (LPA 11-17) <br />Consideration of Ordinance 11-1361 amending the criteria provided in the City Code related to temporary signs for <br />businesses during long-term road construction projects on US Highway 17-92, SR 436 and Seminola Boulevard is <br />requested. <br />B. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 11-1363 -Special Assessment for Code <br />Enforcement Abatement (LPA 11-20) <br />Consideration of Ordinance 11-1363 to adopt the uniform method for collection of non-ad valorem assessments as <br />provided in Florida Statute 197.3632 for the City's costs of abating properties that are a public nuisance or have an <br />expired building permit and construction has ceased for over 180 days is requested. <br />
