CI~~ ®~ L Y T `~I ~ 10, 2011 The City of Casselberry's Code Enforcement Board held its regular meeting Thursday, February 10, 2011, at 6:30 p.m., in the City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Mr. Henderson, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 6:37 PM due to technical difficulties. PLE®GE ®F ALLIGIANCE N®NIINAT'I®N ®F NEW VICEaCHAIRPERS®N Mr. Herron moved to nominate Ms. Hale as the new Vice-Chairperson. Mr. McKernan seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. SWEARING IN ®F TH®SE IN Al°7"EN®ANCE Ms. Babb-Nutcher, Board Attorney, swore in those who would testify. INT'R®®UCTI®N F CASES Supervisor Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that all events occurred within the incorporated limits of the City of Casselberry. The Officer's notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, supporting documents and PowerPoint presentation were all entered as part of the official record.
