The City was asking for a standing oxder on these cases with no fines imposed. Kathleen A. hale made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #'s 10-0165, 10-0166, 10-O1~g4 were in violation of City Code, Section 70-2(C), 3-10.9 ~ (4)(b), 3-10.9 A,l,B,4 and failed to correct the violation by the time specified for correction by the Code Enforcement ®fficer; that the violation is now corrected; and that any violation of the same code by Respondent(s) within FIVE (5) years from the date of this ®rder shall be treated as a repeat violation, for which a fine of up to X500.00 per day may be imposed. ])avid Ilenson seconded the motion. Ilavid Ilenson made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-01656, 10-01730, 10-01731, 10- 01750, 10-01796, 10-01913, 10-01914, 10-01970 in violation of City Code, Section Art VI Chapter 5d Sec 6(a), and that Respondent(s) correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 10/~~/2010. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 11/04/010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of X50.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent(s) is/are further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this ®rder. Kenneth Ilerron seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
