Officer Rivera advised there was a representative present from the bank for the properties located at 77 S. Winter Park Dr and 1018 Wolf Trail. Richard L. Henderson asked if there was anything she wished to add as well as asl~ing her name. Lynn Vouhis from the office of Marshal C. Watson stated there was not but she was going to stress to her client the importance of paying the registration fees. Kenneth Herron made a motion to find that Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-01378, 10-01426, 10- 01462, 10-01504, 10-01505, 10-01549, 10-01551, 10-01599, 10-01644 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 08/23/2010 by the date specified in that Order and that the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order. Davis Benson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
