All of the cases listed have not <br />been registered with the City and non-compliant as of 07/08/2010. <br />Bavid Henson seconded the motion. <br />®fficer Brown asked the Code Enforcement Board for discussion on this motion. <br />IVlr. Smith amended his motion changing the fine amount from X25.00 per day to X50.00 per day. <br />1VIr.11[enson seconded the amended motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />S~J~SE~~TEN'~' HEAR~NG~ IN C®l~P~.~r~NCE <br />Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor advised the above cases were in compliance by the date set by the <br />Board and no fines should be imposed. <br />I9avid Henson made a motion to find that .Respondent(s) in CEB Case# 10-00764, 10-00792, 10-00842, 10-00874, 10- <br />00939, 10-00941, and 10-00948 have complied with the Code Enforcement Board's ®rder of 06/16/2010 by the date <br />specified in that ®rder and no fine will be imposed. <br />Kenneth lEYerron seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />
