~®~~ ~ ®RCEl~El~'1' ~® I~EETII~G D~~E~E~ 099 2010 The City of Casselberry's Code Enforcement Board held its regular meeting Thursday, December 09, 2010, at 7:00 p.m., in the City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lalee Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Mr. Henderson, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM. MEMBERS PRESENT: Richard L. Henderson -Chairperson Robert C. Flint -Vice-Chairperson Paul L. McKei~nan Noel Smith David Henson Kenneth Hen~on MEMBERS ABSENT: Kathleen A. Hale -Absent (excused) CO®E ENFORCEMENT BOARD ATTORNEY: Debra Babb-Nutcher, Assistant City Attorney CITY STAFF PRESENT: Sandra Smith, Chief Planner Ketron Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor Marlene Broman, Code Compliance Officer Brenda Jones, Recording Secretary ~~~~ ~ ~ ~~ Mr. Henson made a motion to approve the minutes from the November 04, 2010 Code Enforcement Board Meeting. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. ~ ~AR~~ ~~ ®~ °~~®~ 8 ANTE ~ Mrs. Babb-Nutcher, Board Attorney, swore in those who would testify. Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that all events occurred within the incorporated limits of the City of Casselberry.
