The <br />property was a foreclosure, once the bank took ownership of the property the violation were corrected. <br />Robert Gillespie, Realtor Broker for the property, 801 International Parkway, Lalce Mary FL, 32746, stated the <br />property is under contract and they are waiting to close. <br />Richard L. Henderson, Chairperson asked if they had a current buyer and was the property in compliance with all <br />four violations? <br />Mr. Gillespie stated yes. <br />Paul L. McKernan Board member asked what date the bank tools the property over? <br />Mr. Gillespie stated he believed they got title in October (2009), but they could not get the occupant out until <br />April 12, 2010. <br />Mr. Brown stated the property owner had given a squatter permission to live in the home and it took the bank <br />some time to have them legally evicted. The owner of this property was in jail. <br />Paul L. 1VIcl~ernan made a motion that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the lien will be <br />reduced in CEB Case #0~-00617 from $13,400.00 to $ 6,700.00, to be paid within 60 days from the date of <br />the commission's order, or the fine reverts to the original fine amount. The reason for the reduction -the <br />bank was not in possession of the property and most of the circumstances were out of the banks control. <br />Robert. C. Flint seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />Paul L.1VIcKernan made a motion that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the lien will be <br />reduced in CEB Case #09-01115 from $675.00 to $350.00, to be paid within 60 days from the date of the <br />commission's order, or the fine reverts to the original fine amount. The reason for the reduction -the <br />bank was not in possession of the property and most of the circumstances were out of the banks control. <br />Robert. C.
