Kathleen A. Hale made a motion to find that Respondents in complied with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 05/18/201 no fine will be imposed. David Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Kathleen A.. Hale made a motion to find that Respondent(s) in CEB Case #09-03644 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 01/14/2010 by the date specified in that Order and that the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order. (Motion was to amend the Findings of fact, a compliance date was set for 09/07/2010, next hearing will be 09/09/2010 to determine compliance.) Robert C. Flint seconded the motion. The City did do a temporary repair to avoid an accident on this property by placing a piece of concrete sidewalk over the hole, however this did not correct the problem and fines should be imposed. Kathleen A Hale made a motion to find that Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-00406 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 05/18/2010 by the date specified in that Order and that the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order.
