Rep <br />®vergrown Property 70-2(C) Repeat Violation <br />Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor gave testimony for the above case. <br />In CEB Case #10-01072, Robert C. Flint made a motion to find Respondent(s) was/were in violation of City <br />Code, Section 70-2 (C), pursuant to the Board's original Order of 06/16/2009. A fine in the amount of <br />$100.00 is hereby imposed for 35 of repeat violation. <br />David Henson seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />CE-10-01156 1001 Park Dr Wells FarQO Banlr/owner ®vergrown property 70 2 (C) repeat violation <br />Marlene Broman, Code Enforcement Officer gave testimony for the above case. <br />In CEB Case #10-01072, Paul L. McKernan made a motion to find Respondent(s) was/were in violation of <br />City Code, Section 70-2 (C), pursuant to the Board's original Order of 06/16/2009.
