CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING June 10, 2010 page 13 Kathleen A. Hale made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-00873, 10-00923, 10-01002, 10- 01038, 10-01085 in violation of City Code, Section 58 sec 6(a), and that Respondent(s) correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 06/24/2010. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 07/08/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of X25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondent(s) is/are further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this Order. Robert C. Flint seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. IVIs. Hale amended the fine amount in the motion, to $50.00 per day per case rather that the $25.00 originally stated. David Henson seconded the amended motion. The amended motion passed unanimously. CE-10-00943 1350 Qccintuplet Dr (foreclosure) Wachovia Vs. Elibol ~ Marizan Overgrown property 70-2 (C) repeat violation Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor gave testimony for the above case. Mr. Brown asked fora $100.00 per day fine for 26 days of violation plus $110.00 for the cost of abatement and administrative costs. In CEB Case #10-00943, Robert C. Flint made a motion to find Respondent(s) was/were in violation of City Code, Section 70-2 (C), pursuant to the Board's original Order of 02/17/2009. A fine in the amount of $100.00 is hereby imposed for 26 of repeat violation plus X110.00 for abatement and administrative cost. Paul I,.1VIcl~ernan seconded the motion.
