Mr. Brown advised <br />the property was vacant for all three violations, and once they were aware of the violations the violations were promptly <br />repaired and there have not been any other violation on the property since. <br />Frank Filippelli, 1515 Sky Court, Apopka, FL 32712 was representing the owner of the property at the time, he is a <br />realtor. The owner had moved out of state 15-20 years ago. There was a tenant at the time, then the tenant moved out and <br />the owner was not aware. The owner of the property had gone through several hardships. Mr. Filippelli became aware of <br />the violations December 8"' or 9`t' or 2009 after the property was rented to a new tenant. The repair of the gutters was done <br />around December 9th or 10"' of 2009. <br />Kathleen A. Ilale made a motion that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the lien will be reduced <br />in CEB Case #09-01322 from 57,000.00 to 53,500.00, TO BE PAID WIT 60 DAYS FROM TIIE DATE OF <br />TIIE CO SSION'S ORDER, OR TIIE FINE REVERTS TO TIIE ORIGINAL FINE OIJNT. The reason <br />for this reduction is financial hardships and mitigating circumstances. <br />Robert C. Flint seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />Kathleen A. Ilale made a motion that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the lien will he reduced <br />in CEB Case #09-02296 from 5255.00 to 5150.00, TO BE PAID WITIIIN 60 DAYS FROM TIIE DATE OF TIIE <br />CO SSION'S ORDER, OR TIIE FIDE REVERTS TO TIIE ORIGINAL FINE AMOUNT. The reason for <br />this reduction is financial hardships and mitigating circumstances. <br />Noel Smith seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />Kathleen A. The reason for <br />this reduction is financial hardships and mitigating circumstances. <br />Noel Smith seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />
