<br />Linda Moore, Recreation Manager, will present an overview of the City events held throughout the year.

<br />raise your hand and when recognized by the Mayor, come fOlward to the microphone, give your name and address and speak
<br />briefly on the matter. All conunents must be directed to the Mayor or City Commission as a whole, not an individual City
<br />Commissioner, a City staff member or another member ofthe audience. Citizens may be heard during PUBLIC HEARINGS
<br />or at any time any agenda item is before the City Commission for consideration by following the same procedure described

<br />The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent
<br />Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all

<br />Consideration of the Special Invoice Report for Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A, City Attol11ey Services for
<br />September 2011 in the amount of $22,736.35 is requested.

<br />B. Budget Amendment #12-004 - Retention of Unclaimed Evidence/Abandoned Property
<br />Consideration of Budget Amendment # 12-004 to retain unclaimed evidence and abandoned propetty in the amount of
<br />$15,280.65 for Police Department use is requested.

<br />C. Resolution 11-2316 -. Agreement with Gabriel Roedel' Smith & Company for Pension
<br />Advisory Services
<br />Consideration of Resolution 11-2316 accepting the proposal from Gabriel Roeder Smith & Company in the amount of
<br />$16,000 to $20,000 fol' pension advisory services is requested.
