D. Resolution 11-2302 - Award of Bid to Gibbs & Register, Inc. for the Construction of the Casselberry Streetscape SR16/600 - US 17-92 Project Consideration of Resolution 11-2302 providing for an agreement between the City of Casselberry and Gibbs & Register, Inc. in the amount of $949,297.87 for the completion of the Casselberry Streetscape SR16/600 - US 17-92 Project is requested. Budget Amendment #11-059 - Purchase of Security Partition for the Water Utility Customer Service Counter Consideration of Budget Amendment #11-059 for the purchase and installation of a security partition in the amount of $5,550.00 for the Water Utility Customer Service counter is requested. Application for 2012-2013 Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program Grant Consideration to submit a Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program Grant application in the amount of $36,095, together with a City contribution of $1 0,838 for the purpose of renovating Branch Tree Park through new equipment purchases and site inlprovements is requested. G. Application for 2012 Assistance to Firefighters Grant for Apparatus Acquisition Consideration to submit a grant application to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) under the Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) in an amount of up to $750,000 for the purpose of obtaining federal funds to purchase a replacement fire apparatus for the City is requested. 9. C. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 11-1358 - Preemption of Firearms Regulation to the State of Florida (LPA 11-15) Consideration of Ordinance 11-1358 to amend the City of Casselberry Code of Ordinances to remove firearms regulations consistent with the adoption of House Bill 45 by the Florida Legislature is requested. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 11-1360 - Amendment to the Official Zoning Map for Property Located near the Northwest Corner of the Intersection of Cypress Way and Lemon Lane (ZB 11-03) Consideration of Ordinance 11-1360 to amend the zoning designation of a portion of a property located near the northwest corner ofthe intersection of Cypress Way and Lemon Lane from RMF-13 (Residential Multi-Family) to PS (Public Service) is requested. 10.
